Maria was incredible!!! As a first-time homebuyer, she was extremely patient with me and walked me through each step of the process. The house I ended up purchasing required a ton of work for her as it was an as-is sale by the estate, so she had to be there many times to meet the city code office, the inspector, etc. The process was extremely quick and she helped me navigate the offer process so that my offer was accepted over the many others! We then finished the entire process in only a few weeks, pretty much the fastest possible, even after everyone kept saying there was no way we could get it done that fast. Maria brought a gift to the closing and even swung by to see the house after I renovated and moved in. So grateful to her - I highly, highly, highly recommend her.
